Description
Ethylene, chemical formula is C2H4. Ethylene is a colorless gas with a sweet smell at room temperature and pressure. It is insoluble in water, has a lower density than air, and is flammable. Ethylene gas is a basic chemical raw material for synthetic fibers, synthetic rubber, and synthetic plastics (such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyvinyl chloride). It is also used to manufacture a variety of basic organic synthetic raw materials such as ethanol, ethylene oxide, acetaldehyde, and acetic acid.
Ripening Agent For Fruits And Vegetables
Ethylene gas, as a plant hormone, can regulate the growth and development process of plants. It promotes the ripening of plant fruits, inhibits the thickening growth of stems and roots, and promotes the germination of certain seeds and the aging or detachment of organs.
Pharmaceutical And Pesticide Manufacturing
Ethylene gas can be used in the synthesis of medicines and pesticides as an important organic chemical raw material.
Electronic Industry
Ethylene gas is also used to manufacture plastic shells and insulating materials for electronic products, such as computers, mobile phones, and other electronic products.

Using a mixed gas of silane gas and nitrogen with a volume fraction of 10% and 90% respectively as raw materials, ethylene (C2H4) with a purity of 99.9% as doping gas, it has a Si/SIiC nano-inlaid composite structure, good appearance sunshade performance and good chemical stability.
